DG accepts returns for a refund or replacement for certain products sold through our shop at www.dannygo.net.

Products Eligible for a Return:

    • Plush Doll

    • Aviator Hat

    • Bearhead Plush Hat

    • Coloring Book w/ Stickers

    • Glow Bracelet

    • Tour Tee

    • Glowsticks Tee

    • Color Tee

*All other DG merchandise is made-to-order and therefore not eligible for a return except in the event of an error or damage to product(s) upon delivery*

Return Guidelines

    • Returns process must be initiated by emailing hello@dannygo.net within 30 days of order delivery date.

    • Return items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unaltered.

    • Return requests must be approved and shipped using the return shipping label provided by DG within 15 days of approval date.

    • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost ($6) which will be deducted from refund amount.

    • DG will not process refunds or replacements until returns are received and inspected.

    • Returns that do not meet these guidelines or returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Issues/Missing or Damaged Items

If your package is missing order items or if items arrive damaged, you must contact DG Customer Support within 5 days of package delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Photos will be required in the event of damages/defects.

Refunds
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be inspected and processed once it is delivered. If all return conditions are met, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, and the $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive a Refund Confirmation via email at the time your refund is processed. (Please note that once your refund is initiated, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank and/or credit card processor to return your funds to your account.)

Replacements
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be inspected and processed once it is delivered. If all return conditions are met, your replacement item will be shipped and you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email to track your package.
