DG accepts returns for a refund or replacement for certain products sold through our shop at www.dannygo.net.
Products Eligible for a Return:
Danny Go Plush Doll
Danny Go Aviator Hat
Bearhead Plush Hat
Coloring Book w/ Stickers
Please note: All other DG merchandise is made-to-order and therefore not eligible for a return unless your item is received damaged or with a printing error. Please notify DG customer support with a picture of the item and packaging slip within 5 days of delivery in the event your item is incorrect or damaged.
Return Terms & Process
Returns process must be initiated by emailing Customer support within 30 days of order delivery date.
Return requests must be approved by DG.
Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unaltered.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned outside of these guidelines will not be accepted.
DG is not liable for returned packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if all return conditions were met, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if all return conditions were met, the replacement/exchange item will be mailed out within 5 business days. Upon shipment, tracking information will be emailed to you.
